Austin Borysewich is part of The Kase Group’s Investment Sales advisory team. He specializes in the valuation and disposition of net-leased assets nationwide, leveraging a background in underwriting and property analysis. Prior to joining The Kase Group, he served as an Associate at Colliers, where he focused on apartment building sales, portfolio evaluations, and helping owners enhance property values. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics (expected 2025). Outside of work, he is an avid hiker and guitarist who is passionate about markets, technology, and innovation. He is based in Walnut Creek, California.
