Louis joined The Kase Group in 2010, working in Investment Sales. He specializes in net lease properties, multifamily and senior care facilities. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Hicks has served as the Chief Information Officer for GE Capital Container Finance. At GE Capital he earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Prior to GE Capital, Hicks worked as the Director of International Systems for Triton International. When he’s not working, Louis loves to travel, attend live performances, hike, play tennis, billiards and basketball.
